Friends of Hobbs Speaker Series: You Can’t See the Forest for the Fungi: Join physician and Master Naturalist Mark Bowers who has a passion for identifying and photographing the fungi and slime molds of this area. His award-winning photographs celebrate the beauty and diversity of these species. Bowers will give an overview of the various ecological roles that fungi play in the forest ecosystem, and present photos of many beautiful and interesting mushrooms we find in the Ozarks.
