The annual migration is just beginning which makes it a great time to learn about birdwatching. Visit the education pavilion to borrow a pair of binoculars and go birding on the ADA accessible Ozark Plateau Trail. A 15-minute program will start every half-hour from 9:30 – 11:30 about the birds of Hobbs State Park, birdwatching tips, and how to use apps to make birding easier. Make a recycled bird feeder to take home and let your birding adventure continue. Meet at the Education Pavilion. Come and go as you please. Bring your lunch and enjoy eating at the pavilion.
