About the Organization
Friends of Hobbs is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation formed in 2003 to support the Hobbs State Park – Conservation Area (more simply referred to as “Hobbs”). Our mission is three-fold including:
- To build broad public support for the policies, objectives and mission of the park
- To support education programs
- To accelerate park improvements, and to enhance the quality of park programs through volunteerism and fundraising
We invite members to attend the annual meeting in November each year. More details will be shared on the announcements page closer to the event.
